It is submitted that the applicant filed this application praying for deposit of Page No.# 2/2 Rs.3,82,225/- by the appellant/insurance company. Accordingly this Court, by order dated 29.05.2024, has directed the insurance company to deposit a cheque amount of Rs.3,82,22.50/- instead of Rs.3,82,225/- i.e 50% of the awarded amount. By this application, the applicant prays for correction of the typographical error in figure from Rs.3,82,22.50/- to Rs.3,82,225/-. Apparently, it was a typographical error. Accordingly, the prayer is considered and allowed. The cheque amount of Rs.3,82,22.50/- is corrected as Rs.3,82,225/-(Rupees Three Lakh Eighty Two Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Five). The Registry is directed to release the amount of Rs.3,82,225/- (Rupees Three Lakh Eighty Two Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Five) to the applicant/claimant in terms of the order dated 29.05.2024.
