GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following: ORAL ORDER: Heard Sri Abdul Basith, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Kalla Guna Sekhar, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Sri Panku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj. 2. Sri Panku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Executive Engineer, RWS&S Division, Guntur, dated 02.07.2025. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. The Payment Summary of the Written Instructions would indicate that the total work done by the Writ Petitioner is for a valuation of Rs.1,47,368/-. The Recoveries are to an extent of Rs.22,809/- and the balance amount to be paid to the Petitioner is Rs.1,24,559 /-. 4. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner does not dispute this Payment Summary. 5. In this view of the matter, the Official Respondents are directed to complete the entire administrative process, both inter-departmental and intra- departmental, by mutual cooperation and coordination within a period of eight (08) weeks from today, and to transfer the balance amount to the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within two (02) weeks thereafter. 6. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the bank account details to the Competent Authority within a period of two (02) weeks from today. 3 7. With these observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 8.
