This criminal revision seeking bail has been filed under Section 102 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 (in short "Act of 2000") against the order dated 07.03.2017, passed by the Sessions Judge, Sitapur, in Criminal Appeal No.70 of 2016, which was preferred against the order dated 14.09.2016, passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Sitapur in Bail Application arising out of Case Crime No.216 of 2015, under Sections- 302, 201, 376, 511 I.P.C., Section 3(2)(5) of SC/ST Act & Section 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Reusa, District- Sitapur. 3. This Court vide order dated 26.08.2025, after taking note of the fact that the instant revision relates to enlargement of revisionist on bail, directed the Senior Registrar of this Court to provide the status of the present case. 4. In compliance of this Court's order dated 26.08.2025, District Judge, Sitapur has sent copy of report dated 28.08.2025 of Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Sitapur (in short "Magistrate"). Relevant portion of the report dated 28.08.2025 reads as under:- "ससम्मान िनवेदन है िक माननीय उच्च न्यायालय इलाहाबाद, खण्डपीठ लखनऊ द्वारा िक्रिमनल िर०िड० नं0-805/2017 के सन्दभर् में बोडर् के समक्ष िवचाराधीन मु0अ0सं0- 216/2015, उ0प्र0 राज्य बनाम अनुज उफर् छोटू, अन्तगर्त धारा-302,201,376,511 भा०दं०सं० व धारा-3(2) () एस0सी0/एस0टी0 ऐक्ट तथा धारा-7/8 पी0ओ0सी0एस0ओ0 ऐक्ट के सन्दभर् में अद्यतन आख्या आहूत की गयी है। Versus Counsel for Revisionist(s) : Sushil Pandey Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : Govt. Taking note of the above quoted report of the Magistrate dated 28.08.2025, the instant revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
