This contempt proceedings have been initiated by a reference made by Sri SK. Goel, Additional District and Sessions Judge (Court No. 2), Ambedkar Nagar vide order dated 13.8.2014 passed in S.T. No. 77 of 2013. 3. Initially, the contemnor was in judicial custody in District Jail, Faizabad, where an attempt was made to serve notice upon him in 2015 to which he sought time to file reply through Superintendent of Jail, Faizabad but meanwhile he has been released from jail. 4. Now, as per office report dated 13.1.2025, the contemnor has left his house along with his family and has gone to some unknown place, hence, whereabouts of the contemnor is not known to any one. 5. In view of above, we see no reason to keep the matter pending any further. Consequently, the contempt petition is consigned to record.
