Petitioner had earlier filed Writ Petition No. 16623 of 2019 which was disposed of on 23.07.2019 permitting the petitioner to pay the loan amount in installments, however, the said order has not been adhered and the petitioner had defaulted which has led to the issuance of a fresh recovery citation. Fresh recovery notice has been issued by U.P. Co-operative Village Development Bank Limited, Hardoi, which is impugned.
