The petitioner has brought to the notice of the Court that order dated 10.01.2024, passed in WPMS No.3654 of 2023, Harish Chandra Dhoulakhandi Vs. Uttarakhand Power Corporation Ltd and others, (“the writ petition”) has been wilfully disobeyed by the respondents. The respondents were required to file their response. A compliance affidavit has been filed, according to which, the respondents have already complied the directions of this Court and on 16.03.2024, the orders have been passed. They have also enclosed along with the compliance affidavit Annexure No.1, the action that has been taken pursuant to the order dated 10.01.2024, passed in the writ petition. The petitioner-in-person as well as learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the enquiry is not correct; it is not as per rules; mechanically, the opinion has been expressed, which is not correct. Be it as it may, on 10.01.2024, this Court, in the writ petition, had issued directions to the Superintending Engineer, In-charge of Electricity Urban Distribution Circle, Dehradun, to conduct an enquiry. The enquiry has been conducted and order has been passed. In case the petitioner is aggrieved by the enquiry report, he is free to seek such recourse, as is permissible under law.
