1. Mr. Sunil Kumar, Inspector is present along with CD file. He submits that the investigation is still at the stage of infancy, as such, if the petitioner has any grievance/defence to demonstrate his innocence/exoneration, his case shall be considered in accordance with law, provided he cooperates during investigation.
2. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to put forth his defence/claim before the Investigating Officer and in the event, he does so, the Investigating Officer shall proceed in accordance with law. Further, the Investigating Officer submits that no coercive measures shall be taken against the petitioner provided he cooperates during the investigation in the case.
3. No further directions are required to be issued.
