Chauhan, Advocate, for the respondents/applicants. CMP No. 14461 of 2025. By way of this application a prayer has been made for discharge of guardian(s) of applicants/respondents No.2 and 3 namely Ms. Krian and Master Rakesh Kumar on the ground that both of them have attained majority after adjudication of FAO No. 20 of 2011. Copies of matriculation examination certificates of respondents No.2 and 3 have been placed on record, according to which the date of birth of respondent No.2, Ms. Kiran is 27.03.2002 and of respondent No.3, Master Rakesh Kumar is 17.10.2004. Thus, both, respondents No.2 and 3 having attained majority, are entitled to pursue their remedies by themselves. Accordingly, the instant application is allowed. Guardians of respondents No.2 and 3 are discharged and the said respondents are allowed to pursue their remedies in their own capacity. The application stands disposed of. CMP No. 14662 of 2025.
