Counsel Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, Ld. Asst. Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj & Rural Development and Finance & Planning. 2. The present Writ Petition is filed for recovery of an amount of Rs.1,40,339/-. 3. Sri Rajesh Kumar, Ld. Asst. Government Pleader has submitted the Written Instructions dated 23.06.2025 furnished by the Executive Engineer, PR Division, Tenali. Copy of it is supplied to the Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 4. The Written Instruction would indicate that under the ‘Payment Summary’ table, the value of the work done by the Writ Petitioner is for an amount of Rs.1,77,125/- (Gross amount). It is submitted that the QC recovery/withheld amount has to be made for a sum of Rs.39,684/- and that the Official Respondents are now willing to pay Rs.1,37,441/- (Net amount), as full and final settlement. 5. Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, on instruction, would submit that the Writ Petitioner is willing to accept the said amount as full and final settlement on the condition that the said amount is paid to the Writ Petitioner as expeditiously as possible. 3 6. Having regard to the these submissions, there shall be a direction to the Official Respondents to pay the due amount of Rs.1,37,441/- as full and final settlement to the Writ Petitioner by completing the administrative formalities through proper coordination and cooperation between the concerned Departments within a period of six (06) weeks from today and remit the above said due amount to the Bank account of the Writ Petitioner within four (04) weeks thereafter and inform the same to the Writ Petitioner forthwith. 7. The Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the details of Bank account to the Competent Authority within one week for effective compliance. 8. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 9.
