In view of order being passed, notice to opposite party nos. 3 stands dispensed with. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties for payment of privilege leave encashment and other retiral dues alongwith interest due to petitioners on account of their superannuation on 31.07.2023 from the Bangalore Plant Unit of Indian Telephone Industry Ltd. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the aforesaid payment is to be made by the Unit at Bangalore Plant but only upon recommendation by the Unit Head at Raebareli. For the said grievance, petitioners have already submitted representation but seeks liberty to file fresh representation before authority concerned. Considering innocuous prayer and without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioners to file fresh individual representations before opposite party no. 4 i.e. Unit Head (Raebareli), ITI Limited who shall consider and decide the same within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. With aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed of.
