The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed a petition under Section 239 of Cr.P.C., seeking discharge of the petitioners in C.C.No.4 of 2017. It is submitted that the prosecution has filed counter, but reporting not ready to argue the case since 05.09.2024. It is submitted that the case is of the year 2017 and the 2 petitioners are troubled without any progress. The petitioners are residents of Chennai and requesting this Court to expedite disposal of Crl.M.P.No.952 of 2024. 3. Considering the submissions and after verifying the record, the Principal District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court to try the cases of A.P. Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishment Act, 1999, Nellore to expedite the hearing and dispose of Crl.M.P.No.952 of 2024 in C.C.No.4 of 2017, after hearing both sides, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
