Bench Secretary informed that somebody left an adjournment slip with signatures of Sri Anu Pratap Singh, Advocate without mentioning serial number of cause list, case number etc. and no reason for adjournment has also been given, whereas Sri Dinesh Kumar, learned counsel for respondent no.4, is present. He submits that the case is being got repeatedly adjourned by the learned counsel for appellant. It is apparent from the order-sheet that on account of repeated adjournments, this Court had passed following order on 05.02.2025 : "1. Shri Anu Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the appellant has sent adjournment slip today. 2. Shri Dinesh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 3 submits that the case is being got repeatedly adjourned by learned counsel for the appellant. It is also apparent from the order sheet. 3. List in the next week. 4. It is made clear that this case shall not be adjourned on the next date of listing on any ground." Thereafter, on 12.02.2025, the case was adjourned on the ground that learned counsel for the respondent was out of station. In view of above, since no ground has been shown for adjournment and the appeal is of the year 2014 it appears that appellant does not want to pursue the matter, therefore, the case is being got adjourned repeatedly, that too without indicating any reason for adjournment.
