This petition had been filed on the ground that the police was interfering in a civil dispute between the petitioner and opposite party No.6, however, as informed by the petitioner's Counsel that after filing this petition, the police had stopped interfering in the matter. 3. We, dispose of this petition with the observation/direction that the police shall not interfere in a civil dispute unless there is any law and order situation, apprehension of breach of peace, apprehension of commission of crime or the crime has been actually committed or there is any order of the Court to be complied with or if there is any other ground for valid interference then the authorities can interfere but only to that extent.
