Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B. Gogoi, learned Additional Advocate General, Assam for the respondents. 2. It is jointly submitted by the learned counsels for the parties that in the meeting held on 05.05.2025 between the National Health Mission and the Public Works Department relating to the claim of the petitioner, the dispute was resolved. In terms of paragraph 4 of the said minutes of the meeting dated 05.05.2025, the payment due to the petitioner shall be processed with due approval of the Government but without interest. 3. Mr. S. Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to the respondents to complete the aforesaid exercise within a specific period of time, inasmuch as, interest is also not paid to the petitioner. 4. Considering the settlement of the dispute, it is provided that admitted amount be paid to the petitioner within a period of 6 (six) months from the date of this order. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. 6. Copies of the instruction including the minutes of the meeting dated 05.05.2025 furnished by Mr. B.
