The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 03.03.2020 whereby, the mutation proceedings were effected during the pendency of the consolidation operations. 3. It is argued by the Counsel for the petitioner that the consolidation proceedings have been decided in favour of the petitioner. 4. In view of above, the present writ petition is disposed off holding that the mutation proceedings will be subject to the final outcome of the proceedings under the Consolidation Act and shall have no effect individually.
