Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Aniket Raj, learned counsel for respondent no.3. 3. Present petition has been filed by the petitioners complaining that on the one hand the delay condonation application as well as the interim application pending before the DRT in S.A. No.131 of 2025 are not being taken up for consideration and on the other hand, the respondents are threatening to take possession in pursuance to an order passed under Section 14. 4. It is argued that the matter was listed before the DRT on 19.05.2025 when the same has been adjourned to 26.05.2025. 5. Considering the fact that the applications filed by the petitioner are still pending before the DRT, present petition is disposed off directing the DRT concerned to consider and pass orders on the delay condonation application as well as on the interim application positively either on the next date of listing or within a period of three weeks thereafter. 6. Till the decision on the interim application and the delay condonation application, the respondents shall not dispossess the petitioners from the property in question.
