By means of this petition, the petitioners have sought quashing of F.I.R. dated 12.05.2025, bearing F.I.R./Case Crime No.0079/2025, for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 352, 109(1), 115(2), 117(2), 324(4), 311, 351(3) of B.N.S., 2023, registered at Police Station - Kaudiya, District - Gonda. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he intends to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to seek remedy as provided under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to take appropriate remedy as permissible in law before appropriate court. (Syed Qamar Hasan Rizvi,J.)
