The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has assailed the order dated 20.01.2025 passed by respondent no.3-District Inspector of Schools, Prayagraj. 3. Challenging the aforesaid order, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that order of single operation has been passed by the District Inspector of Schools without giving any notice and opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 4. The order impugned reveals that opportunity of hearing was not afforded to the petitioner by the District Inspector of Schools before passing the impugned order. 5. In such view of the fact, the writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a detail representation alongwith certified copy of this order raising all his grievances before the respondent no.3-District Inspector of Schools, Prayagraj within a period of two weeks from today. In case, any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent no.3 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of one month, thereafter, from the date he receives representation of the petitioner after giving due notice and opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties. 6. The impugned order shall abide by the decision taken by the District Inspector of Schools, Prayagraj on the representation of the petitioner.
