Perusal of the order impugned reveals that the revisional court had set aside the survey report and it remanded the matter to trial court in accordance with law. As the petition arises out of an interlocutory order and no rights are affected as the parties would be at liberty to lead their evidence in accordance with law. No interference is called for. 4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. 5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
