Mr. Rajesh Tewari, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has instructions to inform the Court that whatever amount was due to the petitioner has been paid. 4. Let the petitioner move an application before the Chief Engineer (Central Region), Public Works Department, Lucknow who is said to be the authority competent raising his grievance as aforesaid who shall get the facts verified in light of the law on the subject and then take a decision as to the entitlement of the petitioner regarding remaining amount. This exercise shall be completed within six weeks. Consequences shall follow accordingly. 5. The writ petition is disposed of.
