A co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 26.6.2020 opined that it would be appropriate that the issues raised by the petitioner by means of the present writ petition be considered by a Division Bench hearing PIL No. 35628 of 2013 at Allahabad and Registry was directed to place the record of the present petition before the Chief Justice so that appropriate orders can be passed under Clause-14 of the Amalgamation Order, 1948 for transfer of this petition to Allahabad for being heard along with the said PIL. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. Counsel for parties pray that in terms of the order, the matter may be ordered to be transferred to Allahabad. 4. In view thereof, this writ petition is ordered to be transferred to Allahabad for being heard along with PIL No. 35628 of 2013 (Krishna Pratap Kaushik Vs. State of U.P. and 7 others).
