Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA. 3. Learned AGA, on instructions, submits that the petitioner’s application will be considered by respondent No.3 – Tahasildar strictly adhering to the procedure provided under Sub Rule (3) of 108CCC of the Karnataka - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:7722 WP No. 2473 of 2025 Land Revenue Rules provided some reasonable time is granted. 4. Recording her assurance, this Court proceeds to pass the following; ORDER (i) The writ petition is allowed. (ii) Respondent No.3 – Tahasildar is hereby directed to scrutinize the petitioner’s application and secure sport inspection report at the hands of the Village Accountant and Revenue Inspector.
