With the consent of learned counsel appearing for the parties and in view of the fact that the subject matter of this petition is an interim order passed by the Revisional Court in a pending revision, the interim order dated 08.04.2022 permitting the applicant, to take the custody of Gold on supurdnama on his behalf and also on behalf of his younger brother, is set aside. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the gold items, which are the subject matter of the revision petition, are in custody of the petitioner- Ravi Shankar and learned counsel for respondent No. 1 has submitted that appropriate directions be issued for preservation of property. 3. It is further directed that the petitioner shall not part away with the possession of the gold items, in his possession, till the disposal of the revision petition. As this petition has remained pending before this Court for a period of more than three years, as such, this Court requests the learned Revisional Court to dispose of the revision petition as CRM(M) No. 440/2022 2 expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months, as both the learned counsel for the parties have assured this Court that they will not seek any unnecessary adjournment before the learned Revision Court. 4.
