Laloo, learned counsel for the applicants/appellants on the prayer for condonation of delay. 2024:MLHC:688 2. Mr. S. Chakrawarty, learned Senior counsel has submitted that the delay caused was due to the unavailability of the counsel who was handling the matter, due to unavoidable circumstances. He therefore, prays that the delay of 227 days be condoned. 3. It appears from the order sheet when the matter was taken up on the last date, this Court by order dated 20.02.2025 had recorded the submission of Mr. B.P. Borah, learned counsel for the respondents Nos. 2 to 7, who are the main contesting respondents that the said respondents have no objection to the condonation being allowed. However, Mr. B.P. Borah, learned counsel for the respondents Nos. 2 to 7, is not present in Court today. 4. Be that at it may, in view of the submission made on the last date, the same is taken note off. Accordingly, the delay of 227 days is condoned for the reasons stated in the Misc. application. Registry to diarize and register the appeal for admission. 5. Misc. Case stands disposed of. (B.
