Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to commence process of selection/appointment for the vacancy of Pharmacist under the disabled quota in terms of the U.P. Pharmacists Service Rules, 1980 and in terms of Government Order dated 20.03.2025. Further prayer for keeping one post of Pharmacist reserved for petitioner for appointment has also been made. 3. Ms. Parul Bajpai, learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions dated 18.07.2025, a copy of which is taken on record and submits that as per the said written instructions, requisition dated 13.06.2025 has already been sent to the Sub- ordinate Services Selection Board for recruitment on 560 vacant posts of Pharmacist. It is, therefore, submitted that petitioner would have a right to apply in case she is covered by the advertisement, which may be issued. 4. Considering aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is evident that process for filling up vacant posts of Pharmacist has already been initiated in which petitioner can very well apply in case she is entitled. 5. In view thereof, nothing remains to be adjudicated upon, the writ petition, therefore, stands consigned to record.
