Parvej Ahmad Sheikh And Others), under Section 12 of the D.V. Act, Police Station- Wazirganj, District- Lucknow. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he does not want to press the instant application and prays that the same may be dismissed as not pressed as the applicants will raise their pleas before the Trial Court. 4.
