Court No. - 12 Case :- CRIMINAL REVISION DEFECTIVE No. - 359 of 2025 Revisionist :- Krishna Kumar Tripathi Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. Thru. Secy. Deptt. Of Home Affairs Lko. And Another Counsel for Revisionist :- Anilesh Tewari,Surabhi Rawat Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Rajnish Kumar,J. (Crl.M.A. No.02 of 2025) Heard, Ms.Surabhi Rawat, learned counsel for the revisionist and learned Additional Government Advocate (AGA). This highly belated revision has been filed with a delay of 832 days as reported by the office, for which no proper explanation has been given in the application for condonation of delay. Even otherwise, only ground by the learned counsel for the revisionist is that the revisionist is participating in the earlier execution proceedings, but the second execution proceeding has also been instituted. The ground is also misconceived because the first execution has been filed for the period w.e.f. 14.09.2020 to 11.11.2020 and the second execution has been filed for the period w.e.f. 12.11.2022 to 11.11.2023. At this stage, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the revisionist does not want to press the revision as well as the application for condonation of delay, to which there is no objection by learned AGA. In view of above, the application for condonation of delay is dismissed as not pressed. Consequently, the revision stands dismissed. ...................................................................(Rajnish Kumar, J.) Order Date :- 24.7.2025 Haseen U.
