Needless to state that the perusal of the Notice itself would indicate that the District Collector has issued the Notice for the Application filed by Writ Petitioners for enhancement of compensation only after filing of the present Writ Petition. It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners that the Application seeking enhancement of compensation was submitted on 22.12.2023.
4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission without going into merits, directing the District Collector, Sri Satya Sai District (Respondent No.2) to consider the Application of the Writ Petitioner dated 22.12.2023 and pass a Speaking Order in accordance with law within a period of 16 weeks from today and communicate copy of such Final Speaking Order to the Writ Petitioners forthwith. Needless to state that the Respondent No.2 IS statutorily obligated to adhere to the Principles of Natural Justice and issue Advance Notice to the Writ Petitioners for hearing and consider their
submissions/objections and documents, if any, before passing the Final Speaking Order. Writ Petitioners are directed to submit a copy of this Order to the a period of one week from today for effective the stage. along with the photocopy of the Application (mentioned supra) Respondent No.2 within compliance. 5.With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition
disposed of. No order as to costs.
