On an objection raised by learned Additional Government Advocate that this highly belated application challenging the impugned charge-sheet dated 29.03.2019 filed in FIR No.0007/2019, under Sections 498-A, 323 of IPC and Section 3 and 4 of D.P.Act, Police Station-Mahila Thana, District-Hardoi and summoning order dated 05.10.2019 without any explanation for the delay and without challenging the order by which the non-bailable warrant has been issued against the applicants has been filed, therefore, this application is not maintainable, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the application may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to move the application for recall of the non-bailable warrant and the application for discharge before the concerned court. To which there is no objection by learned A.G.A.
