Heard learned counsel for applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record. 2. The present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C./ 529 B.N.S.S. has been filed with the following prayers: "to pass an order or direction to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Tanda/Judicial Magistrate, Ambedkar Nagar to decide the applicant's application under Section 340 Cr.P.C. pertaining to Criminal Case No. 38 of 2024 filed on 18.03.2024 expeditiously within a stipulated period of time." 3. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for applicant has submitted that liberty may be granted to the applicant to move an appropriate application for early disposal of the application preferred by the applicant on 18.03.2024 under Section 340 Cr.P.C. in Criminal Case No. 38 of 2024 and the trial court concerned may be directed to decide the same expeditiously. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer made by the learned counsel for applicant. 5. In light of the above, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to the applicant to move an appropriate application for early disposal of application preferred by the applicant on 18.03.2024 under Section 340 Cr.P.C. in Criminal Case No. 38 of 2024. If any such application is preferred by the applicant, the trial court concerned shall decide the same expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.\ 6.
