Present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "a) issue a writ of certiorari to quash the impugned claim rejection (Annexure No. 4 & 8) letter/order dated 13.09.2025 and 25.02.2025 issued by respondent no.1; b) issue a writ of mandamus directing respondent no. 1 to assess and process the insurance claim of the petitioner fairly and release the amount of 148,356/-Rupees along with applicable interest; c) award cost of litigation and any other relief that this hon'ble court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.and for this act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall eve." At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file the claim before the appropriate forum. To the aforesaid prayer, there is no objection. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
