The present has been taken up in the revised list. No one has appeared on behalf of the applicant to address the Court though Shri Pranesh Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State is present. 2. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed in the year 2016 with the prayer to quash/set aside the charge sheet dated 10.6.2014 relating to Case Crime No. 3748 of 2012, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 and 120-B IPC, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Lucknow in Case No. 6871 of 2016 (State Vs. Ram Chandar and others) pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faizabad. 3. The present application is pending since 2016. 4. This Court directed for issuance of notice to respondent no. 2 on 15.3.2016. As per office report dated 13.8.2025, service report has not been received. 5. Even in the revised list none has appeared on behalf of the contesting parties.It appears that the applicant has lost interest to pursue the case, hence no useful purpose would be served to keep it pending. 6. In view of above, application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed for want of prosecution. 7. In case, if cause of action still survives, the applicant is at liberty to approach this Court seeking recall of this order within a period of thirty days from today. 8. A copy of this order be communicated to the court concerned forthwith to enable it to conclude the proceedings of the above-mentioned case, if not already concluded, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
