Rarry, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondents. [2] At the outset, Mr. M. Ibohal, learned counsel submitted that the present petition may be disposed of by directing the petitioner association to approach the concerned authorities of the government by filing an appropriate representation for redressing their grievances raised in the present writ petition and to approach this court thereafter if they have any grievances. [3] Mr. M. Rarry, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that he has no objection in disposing of the present writ petition as prayed for by the counsel appearing for the petitioner.
