Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. The instant application under section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer for direction to learned CJM, Lucknow to decide the Complaint Case No. 3356 of 2021, Manish Pal Vs. Umesh Siingh and Others, under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., Police Station Gomti Nagar, District Lucknow, expeditiously. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the matter pertains to the year 2021, but even after passing of four years, the proceeding of the case has not been concluded as yet. After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub-surved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this court. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the learned trial court concerned is directed to decide the Complaint Case No. 3356 of 2021, Manish Pal Vs.
