The instant Civil Revision has been preferred by the revisionist against the judgment and decree dated 11.03.2025 passed by Judge, Small Cause Court / 4th Addl. District Judge, Haridwar in SCC Suit No. 06 of 2015 (Fateh Chandra Kalra Vs. Archana Sharma) whereby suit filed for rent and ejectment has been decreed. 4. Learned counsel for the revisionist, on instructions, submits that revisionist is ready to vacate the shop, in question, on or before 31.12.2026. 5. Mr. Nikhil Singhal, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection on this. However, he submits that revisionist shall pay monthly rent regularly without any interruption and without causing any damage to the property. 6. In such view of the matter, since the revisionist is ready vacate the shop in question on or before, 31.12.2026, present revision is disposed of with a direction to revisionist to vacate the shop, in question, on or before, 31.12.2026 and pay regular monthly rent without any interruption and without causing any damage to the property in question. It is also made clear that amount deposited in the SCC Court will be adjusted in payment of decreetal amount. Revisionist shall also file an undertaking to this effect before the Executing Court and if the revisionist fails to comply with the undertaking given before this Court, the respondent is free take appropriate action against the revisionist as per law.
