The present second appeal has been preferred under Section 100 C.P.C. against the judgment and decree dated 13.09.2007 passed by the Additional District Judge, Court No. 5, Sultanpur allowing Civil Appeal No. 57 of 1996 and setting aside the judgment and decree dated 22.02.1996 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (II), Sultanpur in Case No. 760 of 1988. Learned counsel for the respective parties have submitted that the appellants and the respondents have entered into compromise/agreement and filed the same in original before this Court. This Court vide its order dated 17.12.2024 had directed the Senior Registrar of this Court to verify the compromise deed dated 30.11.2024 and submit the report, accordingly. In compliance of the order of this Court, all the parties appeared before the Senior Registrar of this Court and the compromise has been verified on 19.12.2024 and the report has been submitted on the very same day. In view of the aforesaid, the present second appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties and it shall be treated as a part of the decree.
