In view of the order proposed to be passed, requirement of issuance of notice to the respondent nos.2 to 5 is dispensed with. This petition under Section 483 Cr.P.C.(529 BNSS) has been filed for direction for expeditious disposal of Criminal Case No.2690 of 2023, arising out of Case Crime No.296/2021, under Sections 354-kha, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S.Ganga Ghat, District Unnao. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that F.I.R. was lodged in the year 2021 and charge sheet was filed on 24.08.2021 but till date the case is at the stage of summoning while the accuseds are harassing the applicant. Therefore the applicant has moved an application for expeditious disposal of trial on 28.02.2025, a copy of which has been placed on record as Annexure No.7 to the application, which has not been considered and disposed of till date. In view of above, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to press his application for expeditious disposal of the case, which may be considered by the concerned court in accordance with law and the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court within a period of four weeks of production of certified copy of this order and the court shall proceed accordingly.
