State of J&K and Ors.), vide which the Writ Court had disposed of the petition filed by the petitioner with a direction to the respondents to finalize the selection process as regards the Advertisement Notice dated 15.11.2011 within a specified time. For, the order referred to above had not been complied with, the petitioner was constrained to approach this Court. For the averments set out in the state of facts filed on behalf of the respondents show that in fact the order passed by this Court (ibid) has since been complied with in letter and spirit, for, the merit panel was submitted to the concerned authorities. That being so, nothing substantive survives in the petition and the same is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
