Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for opposite party nos.1 to 5. 2. In view of order being passed, notice to opposite party no.6 is dispensed with. 3. Petition has been filed challenging selection of opposite party no.6 on the post of Anganwari Karyakatri in the centre concerned. 4. On 22.05.2025, this Court has directed learned State Counsel to provide a copy of the inquiry report pertaining to the complaint made by petitioner against income certificate of the opposite party no.6. 5. In pursuance thereof, learned State Counsel has provided written instructions dated 12.08.2025, a copy of which is taken on record and as per which after inquiry proceedings, the income certificate of opposite party no.6 has been found to be established. 6. In view thereof, petitioner is therefore granted liberty to file appeal against the aforesaid order establishing the genuineness of income certificate of opposite party no.6. 7. In case petitioners succeeds in his appeal, the aspect of his appointment on the post of Anganwari Karyakatri may be considered. 8.
