Learned counsel for the applicant submits that grievance of the applicant is not being considered, as a result, Writ A No.3317 of 2025 was filed, which was disposed of on 27.3.2025 with liberty to the applicant to file fresh representation raising their claims before the respondents within two weeks from the date of order and in case, such representation is submitted, the same shall be decided by the respondents within a period of four weeks by passing a reasoned and speaking order but till today, no decision has been taken, therefore, respondent may be summoned and punished accordingly. 3. Sri Amarendrda Singh, learned Standing Counsel placed order dated 6.6.2025 passed by the respondent and submits that decision in the case of the applicant has already been taken, therefore, the present contempt application lost its efficacy. 4. Considering the arguments of learned counsel for the parties and contents of the order dated 6.6.2025 passed by the respondent, present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous. 5. However, it is open to the applicant to take appropriate remedy against the order passed by the respondent.
