Mr. Akshay Latwal, AGA for the State. Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. (Oral) Applicant Aajam is in judicial custody in Case Crime No. 01 of 2025, under Section 2/3 of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Pathri, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. State was required to file objections. It has not been filed as yet. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the in the case, based on which the present FIR has been lodged, the applicant has already been enlarged on bail; the applicant is not a previous convict. 5. These facts are not disputed by the learned State Counsel. 2 6. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 7. The bail application is allowed. 8. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
