The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 12.10.2009 passed in Small Cause Case No.160 of 1999 whereby the suit was decreed in favour of the landlord and the order dated 16.11.2010 whereby the revision was dismissed. 3. In both the orders, the concurrent findings were recorded with regard to default committed by the petitioner-tenant, no good ground for interference is made out. 4. The petition is dismissed.
