PER COURT :- CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR CONDONATION OF DELAY : 1. Heard learned A.G.P. for the applicants. 2. Though the service in the civil application is not completed, this Court is taking up the matter for deciding the appeals. For the reasons stated in the applications, delay stands condoned. The applications are allowed. FIRST APPEALS : 1. These appeals are filed challenging judgment and award passed by learned Ad-hoc District Judge-1, Amalner dated 23.01.2007 in L.A.R. Nos. 622/1993 and 623/1993. The learned Court by way of impugned judgment and award has enhanced the amount of compensation from Rs. 1350/- to Rs. 7497/- in L.A.R. No. 622/1993. In L.A.R. No. 623/1993 the amount of compensation is enhanced from Rs. 1600/- to Rs. 13,328/- 3 of 4 4 923-CA 9784-2018.odt 2. Considering the meager amount of enhancement this Court finds that, keeping the first appeals pending would be of no use. This Court, therefore, finds that the appeals deserve to be dismissed. The same are hereby dismissed. No order as to costs. 3.
