By means of the present petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to respondent no.1 to comply with the order dated 05.08.2015 passed by the Deputy Collector (Revenue), Lucknow, District Lucknow in Case No.3/3/4/2012-13. 3. Learned Standing Counsel, on the other hand, submitted that the petitioner has an efficacious remedy of moving appropriate application for compliance with the orders of the revenue authorities. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid fact. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the respondent no.1 to pass appropriate order on the application of the petitioner with expedition. In case, the application is made within next two weeks, he shall proceed in accordance with law and conclude the proceedings within two months thereafter.
