Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order whereby an amendment as sought was rejected and the revision against the said order was also dismissed on 27.11.2012. 3. The Court while deciding the revision had considered the mortgaged deed, which was executed in between the parties and had recorded that the proposed amendment was not warranted and was filed only to linger the suit which was instituted in the year 1996. No good ground for interference is made out. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to take all the grounds including the ground against the order rejecting amendment application when the suit is finally decided. 4. Considering the fact that the original suit is of the year 1996 being Suit No. 01 of 1996, the present petition is disposed of with direction that in case the said suit is pending, the same shall be expeditiously decided preferably within a period of one year.
