In view thereof, learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw present petition with liberty to raise his grievance before the supervisory authority. In view of the above, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move an appropriate application raising all his grievances before the supervisory authority within a period of ten days from today, who shall look into the matter and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, positively within a period of three weeks thereafter.
