Medical Education Ayush Lko. And 6 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Rajat Rajan Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Dhirendra Pratap Singh,Rajesh Chandra Mishra Hon'ble Pankaj Bhatia,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. The present writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs: " (i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the Impugned order dated 21.04.2025 passed by the Respondent No. 4, as contained in Annexure No.1 to the Writ Petition; (ii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to not to give effect the operation and implementation of the Impugned Order dated 21.04.2025 passed by the Respondent No. 4, as contained in Annexure No.1 to the Writ Petition; " 3. The main contention of the counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners were granted the N.O.C. for internship which has been cancelled by means of an order dated 21.4.2025 without affording an opportunity of hearing. 4. Without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioners, the order impugned dated 21.4.2025 is quashed inasmuch as no opportunity has been granted for hearing. However, the respondents would be at liberty to pass a fresh order considering the grievance of the petitioners. 5. The petitioners will file their explanation in writing before the respondent no. 4 who shall pass a fresh order after taking into consideration the statements of the petitioners, which are indicated in the statements. 6. This order has been passed in presence of Shri Dhirendra Pratap Singh and Shri Rajesh Chandra Mishra, learned counsels for the respondents. 7. The present petition is allowed in above terms.
