Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State counsel for the respondents. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the concerned Authority for payment of subsistence allowance to the petitioner in accordance with law for the remaining amount i.e. 75% of the salary w.e.f. July, 2021 till 11.10.2023. 3. With regard to such grievance, the petitioner has already submitted a representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before the authority concerned. 4. In view thereof, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party no. 1-Additional Chief Secretary/Principal Secretary, Minority Welfare Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Civil Secretariat, Lucknow or any competent authority, who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of certified copy of this order is produced before the concerned authority. 5.
