Considering the fact that the petition is of the year 2012, I do not see any reason to interfere. Considering the fact that the proceedings arise out on the amendment application, I do not see as to why, the petition could have been rejected under Order 7 Rule 11 as was averred before the trial Court. The petition lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed. If the suit is pending, the same shall be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of one year.
