The present revision has been filed challenging the order dated 25.04.2025 whereby the proceedings were transferred from the court of Civil Judge (JD) Mahmoodabad, Sitapur to the Court of learned Civil Judge (SD) Sitapur. 3. The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that no application was served by the opposite party based upon which the order impugned has been passed. 4. Considering the said submissions, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file an order recall application before the District Judge, Sitapur who shall consider the same and shall pass orders thereupon within all expedition preferably within a period of four weeks.
